As an ambitious player, I have found out a couple of important lessons while playing over the decades. Regardless if you are partial to betting at the ‘bricks and mortar’ casinos or the numerous web casinos. Below are my golden codes of gambling, many of which can be considered common sense, but if adhered to they will help you go a long way to leaving with a grin on your face.
Rule 1: Go to a casino with a determined amount that you are willing and can afford to bet – How much would it cost for a night out on food, beers, entrance charges and tips? This is an excellent sum to utilize.
Rule 2: Do not pack your credit card out with you – or any means of getting money out. Don’t worry about cash for the taxi if you throw away all your money; most taxi operators, especially the ones hailed at casinos, will take you to your house and shall be more than happy to wait for the cash when you get back.
Rule 3: Stay to your set cutoff. I always see what I would want to buy should I win. The preceding time I went, I decided I’d really would love to purchase a new Media Player which cost about $400, so that was my predetermined threshold. As soon as I achieved that sum, I quit. Just walk away. Even if Clairvoyant Carla herself gives you the next number for the roulette wheel, ignore her and say goodbye. Head out safe in the knowledge that you will be going into the mall and getting a delightful new toy!
Rule four: Have fun. When you’re "energetic" you usually will win. It is a certainty. I do not understand why, but it just is. Just after it feels like a job, or you are only gambling to earn a profit you have lost, you will certainly lose even more. When you’re profiting, having a good experience with your friends, or your girlfriend, you usually will win more and more.
